With the update of the website (you did notice didn't you?) some of the older entries were lost. I couldn't have a blog without my babies - Sascha (on the right) and Punky. This is how they spend a good part of the day - curled up together on their perch.

What I’m watching...
Weeds, Dexter, Criminal Minds, NCIS (yup, Mark Harmon is yummy), Fringe, Medium, Secret Diary of a Call Girl, House, Law and Order (seriously I’ve probably seen them all), just started Walking Dead, and Yes, even Oprah. My husband and I love the dramatic “who done it’s” and we play try to guess the “bad guy” first. Austin City Limits, Abby Road - music concerts.
Movies: Girl with The Dragon Tattoo, and the follow-up Girl Who Played With Fire (loved them!) Let The Right One In
What I’m reading...
Just finished World Without End (Ken Follett) and started True Blue by Baldacci
Fav Stores... Moxie and Megan Morrison in DeKalb, Nordstrom (from clothes to the cafe - tomato basil soup - yum), Trader Joe’s, Costco, Homegoods & TJ Maxx, - anywhere with a good deal! Love a good sale! Kathy Rosenberg’s jewelry which is for sale at Sherman Hospital.
On the ipod...just about everything, and here’s a sample: my husband’s music (his band Calico), James Taylor, Bruce Springsteen, Patty Griffin, Lyle Lovett, Sarah McLaughlin, Pink, Abba (homage to my mom).

This pic is of one wacky wacky critter at the petting zoo we went to with the kids a few weeks back. This looks like how I’ve felt this last week. When the kids left, they left me with a cold that has kicked my ass. Seriously. Bad. And, the medicine they’ve given me for two weeks (I’m only four days in to it so far) is just giving me some hellacious nightmares! The first night was zombies, the second was the kittens being mutilated, and after two nights the nightmares just became weird dreams. (last night, vampires) It takes me a few hours just to get moving in the morning, and I have to rest throughout the day.
Regardless, hoping that in the next few days that I won’t see this picture in the mirror any more!!! I will write more soon, promise!
